Famous and skillful satirist David Sedaris just came out with a new book of illustrated animal stories, which he has been careful to qualify as far from fables.These stories about a baboon grooming a cat or two storks talking about where babies come from arn't necessarily filled with Aesop-like moral tales, but are just illustrated tales from the mind of Sedaris.
NPR recently had Sedaris read one of his stories on the air (as only David Sedaris can) and published another sample of the new book on its website.
