Chimay red, white, and blue label are all delicious and unique in flavor and definitely at the top the chart of European beers, but I recently learned that the Trappist monks of Scourmont, Belgium, have also been known to make cheeses since 1876. Qualified as semi-hard in texture, these cheeses can be found at specialty stores or ordered online.
